Jess has been in fitness and event training since 2012 where she completed her first Half-Ironman. She then moved from advanced strength training, to Spartan racing to trail running and rock climbing. She loves feeling strong and running long distances.
Her big overall goal is to show people that they can do more than what they think they can. She gives her clients the tools and resources to be able to conquer whatever physical, mental or emotional challenge they set themselves - whether it’s building strength, losing body fat or increasing your confidence to say ‘yes’ to that next fun run, social event, Spartan race or even day hike. She’s got you covered!
